There are many websites in the webby awards and I just want to talk about another one I found different from my web design page. I just want to appreciate the visual designs and effects of this site.
The 2025 Webby winner for Website and Mobile Sites Employment : ON Recruitment Website. I love when designers make bold and fun visuals in their designs.
~Sites featuring job and employment listings, job and career search services, recruiting services, career advice, headhunting, or other career or job-related information.
I like how unique the employment website its, its very anime-like, lots of animation was use while scrolling through the sites. The motion designer made eye-catching visual effects. I wouldn’t implement the actual design in my website but I would love to learn how create the UX/UI animation that the designer did.
I also like how both sites designed a loading page before entering the website, I think its a cool additional visual effect.
