Getting Started with Adobe XD

Adobe XD is a vector design tool for web and mobile applications, developed and published by Adobe.

I’ve never used XD up until recently for my web design and game design classes. I’m trying to learn the basics of the program. I’ve done projects in the past with Figma and I find that they’re very similar. Having the knowledge of using Figma helped me learned XD much quicker. I still looked up some videos on Adobe XD to learn some tricks and the basics of the program.

Adobe XD has a simple interface where its easy to find all the tools you need to get started on your projects.

Another good resource to get started with XD is in the Adobe website, Adobe provides tutorials on how to use their programs, which is very helpful.

I find this video very helpful to learn the features of XD especially for prototyping and making auto animation to make the project come to life. I’m going to use XD to help create a prototype of my game menu for my Game Design class.
